Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26th 1977) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She is known as an actress in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime on March 20, 2020. The organization is an integral core team for multilateral engagement as well as an analyst for the Assassination Witness program. As part of her role at GI TOC She focuses on disappearances, assassinations and other violence of all kinds in the contexts of illicit economics. She is also interested in the impacts of organized crime as well as human rights in the context of humanitarian policies and the law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. Additionally, she holds an LL.M. and MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a magnacum laude degree in Legal Sciences and Social Sciences. She is a lawyer by training who spent four years in an attorney firm for public law. In addition, she worked in assisting positions at non-governmental organisations located within Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
